Capturing Heritage with FamilySearch in South Africa
Project Background:
FamilySearch tasked us with producing a series of engaging instructional videos to help users explore their genealogy using their digital platform. The objective was to blend the digital exploration of ancestry with the rich narratives of local cultures.
Filming Locations and Visual Aesthetics
KwaZulu-Natal: Here, we captured the lush, tropical landscapes and the intimate stories of the local people, which brought warmth and authenticity to the narrative.
Cape Town: The contrasting scenes in Cape Town, from its bustling urban settings to stunning coastal views, provided a dynamic visual range that enriched our storytelling, showcasing the diverse landscapes and cultures of South Africa.
